On the site of WiseGeek found I a post with a lot of pictures of food. Small portions food on a plate, all these plates contain 200 calories. (The plates are 26cm in diameter.) How much grams Melon will have 200 calories en how much grams M&M will have 200 calories. The difference is great. 553 grams melon is the same as 40 grams M&M. They will to make us aware of the calories.
Melon: 553 grams = 200 Calories
Grapes: 290 grams = 200 Calories
Kiwi Fruit: 328 grams = 200 Calories
WHY IT IS COOL?
Are we aware of what we eat? A lot of people are involved with calories. On all packaging are the calories described. But do they what with that information? Or think the people not about calories?
Transparency is to show the truth. We want to know what we eat! This trend is bigger and bigger. People want to be more aware of what they eat.
Chips: 73 grams = 200 Calories
M&M’s: 40 grams = 200 Calories
Doritos: 41 grams = 200 Calories
